Esophoria

Esophoria - commonly referred to as "being cross-eyed" or underconvergence - occurs when the two eyes do not aim simultaneously at the same object and instead point in different directions - in this case inward. Esophoria impacts binocular vision - the ability of both eyes to work together - and depth perception.
