This program provides hand eye coordination diagnosis and therapy for stutterers and individuals with reading problems and is based on the concept of eye control as distinct from "eye predominance." The program establishes unilaterality (which eye is dominant) by stimulating binocularity (the ability of the eyes to function together) on the side of the dominant hand.
